Cancellation Policy
ALL RESCHEDULED/CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS WITHIN 48 hours must notify the provider via TEXT OR CALL. Email is NOT A valid form of contact to cancel an appointment as email is not checked every day. If your provider does not see your email and does not hear from you it may be considered a no show appointment. Details on no show appointments below.
EMERGENCIES:
All Clients will have a ONE TIME emergency use that they may use their cancellation fee (not including the processing fee) towards their rescheduled appointment EXCEPT FOR THE WEEK OF KENTUCKY DERBY. The entire week of Derby there are NO cancellation fee roll overs. Regardless of the situation, any time there is a no show, running 15 mins or more late, or a cancellation within 48 hours the cancellation fee plus processing fee will be charged no matter what. These will be entirely up to you when you use this. I am not responsible for picking which time you use this. Your cancellation fee roll over expires 60 days after the time it was charged. No exceptions.
NO CALL NO SHOWS & LATE APPOINTMENTS:
No call no shows are the full service amount plus processing fee and is automatically charged immediately after being 15 minutes late or more with no contact. If you’re running late you need to contact me to avoid any miscommunication or fees. I cannot take appointments that are more than 15 minutes late. If you are running later than 15 minutes you will need to reschedule and will be automatically charged a 30% cancellation fee plus processing fee with absolutely no exceptions, emergencies included. Any more than one no show, you will not be serviced by us and will be banned from booking any further appointments from us. After the second time, you will be automatically blocked from booking any future appointments, no exceptions.
CANCELLATIONS:
ALL CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED 30% OF THE SERVICE PLUS PROCESSING FEE IMMEDIATELY AFTER BEING NOTIFIED OF CANCELLATION AS A CANCELLATION FEE WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!! EMERGENCIES INCLUDED! This is an automatic charge and cannot be paid any other way than with the card you place on file. If your card was declined you MUST pay the fee within 24 hours. If it is not paid and I don’t hear from you I can only assume I won’t ever hear from you and you will be automatically blocked from booking any future services from us ever again unless it is paid. Due to extreme amount of last minute cancellations there is absolutely no exceptions on this. As stated above each client will have a ONE TIME cancellation fee (not including processing fee) roll over that you can use towards your rescheduled appointment and does expire 60 days after being charged.
SPRAY TAN MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY:
•No call no shows for the first tan of the month (membership not paid for yet) you will be charged for the full amount of one spray tan membership plus processing fee after being 15 minutes late or more with no contact. Your first tan of your membership will not be available for use after being 15 mins late or no showing the appointment. This is an automatic charge, absolutely no exceptions, emergencies included.
Any scheduled membership appointments made after the membership has been paid for cannot be used if you no call and no show an appointment more than once.
Spray tan (Membership Holders Only)
(For appointments that are after your first appointment of the month: meaning you’ve already paid for the monthly membership for that particular month)
•No call no shows will be automatically charged a 30% service fee plus processing fee of a regular priced spray tan.This is an automatic charge after being 15 mins late with no contact absolutely no exceptions.
•Any notice of cancellation/rescheduling under the membership (already paid) within a 48 hour notice you cannot receive your tan for that week under your membership and will need to book for a regular full price tan if you’re still needing a tan for that week.
ALL APPOINTMENTS:
Excessive cancellations even with a 48 hour notice can still be extremely hurtful to my schedule and income. If I am noticing excessive cancellations even with a 48 hour notice, I will be forced to shut off this feature for individual clients who abuse this feature. Please be mindful when making your appointments and triple check that you can be there. We rely on your appointments as our income and cancellations at the last minute can still be so hard on a small business such as ours.
CANCELLATIONS/SWITCHING PROVIDERS LAST MINUTE:
Canceling within 48 hours with one provider and scheduling with another provider will still require a $10 swap fee for the provider that was cancelled with.
PAYMENT:
All card payments are a 3.5% processing fee and will be automatically applied at checkout. Please bring cash to avoid this extra charge if you’d like. Our accepted methods of payments are card, Apple Pay or cash.

DERBY WEEK TEMPORARY CANCELLATION POLICY:
For the Entire week of Derby (Monday to Saturday) any cancellations made within a week prior (the Monday BEFORE derby Monday) is the full service amount as the cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. This week does not include the one time emergency cancellation fee roll over. It will not be refunded or used towards any future services.
