Cancellation Policy

ALL RESCHEDULED/CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS WITHIN 48 hours must notify the provider via TEXT OR CALL. Email is NOT A valid form of contact to cancel an appointment as email is not checked every day. If your provider does not see your email and does not hear from you it may be considered a no show appointment. Details on no show appointments below. EMERGENCIES: All Clients will have a ONE TIME emergency use that they may use their cancellation fee (not including the processing fee) towards their rescheduled appointment. Regardless of the situation, any time there is a no show, running 15 mins or more late, or a cancellation within 48 hours the cancellation fee plus processing fee will be charged no matter what. These will be entirely up to you when you use this. I am not responsible for picking which time you use this. Your cancellation fee roll over expires 60 days after the time it was charged. No exceptions. NO CALL NO SHOWS & LATE APPOINTMENTS: No call no shows are the full service amount plus processing fee and is automatically charged immediately after being 15 minutes late or more with no contact. If you’re running late you need to contact me to avoid any miscommunication or fees. I cannot take appointments that are more than 15 minutes late. If you are running later than 15 minutes you will need to reschedule and will be automatically charged a 30% cancellation fee plus processing fee with absolutely no exceptions, emergencies included. I will not service you if you no call no show me more than once. After the second time, you will be automatically blocked from booking any future appointments, no exceptions. PMU APPOINTMENTS NO CALL NO SHOWS & LATE APPOINTMENTS ($185 or more- anything that is less than $185 will fall under the above policy): No call no shows are 50% of the service fee plus processing fee and is automatically charged immediately after being 15 minutes late or more with no contact. If you’re running late you need to contact me to avoid any miscommunication or fees. I cannot take appointments that are more than 15 minutes late. If you are running later than 15 minutes you will need to reschedule and will be automatically charged a 30% cancellation fee plus processing fee with absolutely no exceptions, emergencies included. CANCELLATIONS: ALL CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED 30% OF THE SERVICE PLUS PROCESSING FEE IMMEDIATELY AFTER BEING NOTIFIED OF CANCELLATION AS A CANCELLATION FEE WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!! EMERGENCIES INCLUDED! This is an automatic charge and cannot be paid any other way than with the card you place on file. If your card was declined you MUST pay the fee within 24 hours. If it is not paid and I don’t hear from you I can only assume I won’t ever hear from you and you will be automatically blocked from booking any future services from me ever again unless it is paid. Due to extreme amount of last minute cancellations there is absolutely no exceptions on this. As stated above each client will have a ONE TIME cancellation fee (not including processing fee) roll over that you can use towards your rescheduled appointment and does expire 60 days after being charged. SPRAY TAN MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY: Spray tan Membership ($85)- (The first appointment of the month) •No call no shows for the first tan of the month (not paid yet) you will be charged for the full amount of one spray tan plus processing fee after being 15 minutes late or more with no contact. This is an automatic charge, absolutely no exceptions, emergencies included. •Cancellations/reschedules of the first tan of the month with the membership (not paid yet) will be 30% of a regular full priced spray tan plus processing fee absolutely no exceptions, emergencies included. Spray tan (Membership Holders Only) (For appointments that are after your first appointment of the month: meaning you’ve already paid for the monthly membership for that particular month) •No call no shows will be automatically charged a 30% service fee plus processing fee of a regular priced spray tan.This is an automatic charge after being 15 mins late with no contact absolutely no exceptions. •Any notice of cancellation/rescheduling under the membership (already paid) within a 48 hour notice you cannot receive your tan for that week under your membership and will need to book for a regular full price tan if you’re still needing a tan for that week. ALL APPOINTMENTS: Excessive cancellations even with a 48 hour notice can still be extremely hurtful to my schedule and income. If I am noticing excessive cancellations even with a 48 hour notice, I will be forced to shut off this feature for individual clients who abuse this feature. Please be mindful when making your appointments and triple check that you can be there. I rely on your appointments as my income and cancellations at the last minute can still be so hard on a small business such as myself. CANCELLATIONS/SWITCHING PROVIDERS LAST MINUTE: Canceling within 48 hours with one provider and scheduling with another provider will still require the cancelation fee for the provider that was cancelled with. PAYMENT: All card payments are a 3.5% processing fee and will be automatically applied at checkout. Please bring cash or plan to pay via Zelle to avoid this extra charge. My accepted methods of payments are card, cash and Zelle. However, cash is preferred. I no longer accept any other form of payment. CONTACT: I NO LONGER ACCEPT INSTAGRAM DMS, FACEBOOK MESSAGES, ECT. PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS: Please check over my website for any preparations that may need to be done for appointments! Certain appointments like spray tans, microblading, ect. Require certain prep to get the most out of your service! Incorrect prep can give you less than desired results!! Please follow all prep before coming to your appointments! CONSENT FORMS FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS (this includes ALL PMU appointments including colorboosts except for the 6 week touch ups): - CONSENT FORMS ARE DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT OTHERWISE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED. - PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THOROUGHLY TO ENSURE YOU ARE FILLING IT OUT CORRECTLY AND ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS ACCURATELY! If there was something filled out incorrectly and you need to fill it out again It is $10 to fill out the online consent form again and will be added to your total amount due at checkout after your service. The first time is included with your service. 6 WEEK TOUCH UPS: The $45 touch up rate is only valid for up to 70 days after your initial appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. After 70 days if you have not completed the touch up and are scheduling for one it will be charged as a regular colorboost which is $185. Please be sure that if you have to reschedule your touch up that it is done within the 70 days of your original appointment.
